For years, Forum’s DSI® Cast Steel Valves have been satisfying the needs of Petroleum Refineries, Chemical Processing Plants, Power Generating Plants, and other processing facilities throughout the world. DSI valves are offered in a wide variety of multi-turn valve configurations in stainless and carbon steel, as well as almost every special alloy required for difficult fluid compositions and high-pressure, high-temperature applications. Low Fugitive Emission Service

Our Cast Steel Valves are designed, engineered and manufactured in strict conformance to API, ASTM, ASME, ANSI and other recognized standards. DSI Valves are not only characterized by outstanding performance, reliability and quality, they’re also known for their standard features normally optional in other brands.
DSI standard Cast Steel Gate, Globe and Check Valves are designed and manufactured to ensure leakage of less than 100 ppm (parts per million) of volatile organic compounds (VOC) as tested pursuant to generally accepted good engineering practices for verifying fugitive emissions.

Forum manufactures PBV® valve solutions for oil and gas drilling operations. From weld overlays for hostile environments to fabrications and coatings for buried service, our engineers can also create one-of-a-kind valve solutions for high-performance applications. Per your request, we offer pneumatic, electric and gas-over-oil hydraulic actuators, as well as valve controls (limit switches, solenoid valves, other custom controls).
Trunnion-Mounted Ball Valves
Tight shutoff is essential during oil and gas applications. Our trunnion-mounted ball valves are available in a wide variety of certified materials that resist sulfide stress cracking and increase performance in highly corrosive environments.
Floating Ball Valves

Swing Check Valves
Our swing check valves provide both unimpeded flow and tight closure as part of a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution to prevent backflow. We fully manufacture and test to the highest industry standards such as American Petroleum Institute and American National Standards Institute.
Slab Gate Valves (Through Conduit)
Suitable for transportation pipelines for gas, crude oil and oil products, slab gate through conduit valves (6D gate valves) use line pressure force for tight mechanical sealing against high differential pressure.
Valve Automation
Pneumatic, electric and Gas over Oil Hydraulic actuators are available per customer requirements.
In addition, Valve controls such as limit switches, solenoid valves or any other customer required control can be supplied upon request.
