Hydrocarbon and Water Dewpoint Measurement

Natural Gas Analyzers

ZEGAZ Instruments’ water and hydrocarbon dewpoint analyzers are the most advanced dewpoint measurement systems available. They are based on breakthrough CEIRS™ infrared technology to accurately and unambiguously determine the dewpoint of hydrocarbon gas streams at pressures up to 1500psi. These systems can distinguish between hydrocarbon dewpoints and water condensation.

ZEGAZ Instruments’ analyzers do not need field calibration and will retain their factory calibration under normal operating conditions. They also does not need any field adjustments as the measurements are done based on a very accurate detection of the condensation process and the nature of the condensate.

DewPort™

Portable Water and Hydrocarbon Dewpoint Analyzer

DewPort™ is the World’s only truly portable, automated, water and hydrocarbon dewpoint measurement system. It uses the patented CEIRS™ technology to accurately and simultaneously provide both water dewpoint measurements and hydrocarbon dewpoing measurements, while distinguishing between the two. Weighing at only 15 lbs (7 Kg) and using an average of less than 30W, it offers unprecedented reliability and maintenance-free operation. This product is the perfect replacement for the cumbersome-to-use manual chilled-mirrors.

Heated / Temperature Controlled Enclosure

The Z-TCE line of heated enclosures are specifically designed for applications where temperature control of the instrumentation is needed for proper measurements.  This is typically needed where the analyzers are installed outdoors where the ambient temperature may drop below the dew point of the gas under analysis.

Z-TCE-500™ heated enclosures use the latest state-of-the-art heat transfer technologies to achieve an even, tightly controlled heat distribution within the enclosure, ensuring proper measurement.

HCD5000™

Whenever measurement of hydrocarbon dew point is needed, HCD5000™ offers the most technically advanced and robust solution.  The hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas is a critical quality parameter and needs to be measured at gas refineries, pipelines, gas storage and gas-based power plants.  HCD5000™ is the only analyzer in the world that uses the CEIRS™ technology to spectroscopically distinguish between hydrocarbon and water dew points or other contaminants.

HCD5000™ is a feature rich analyzer that offers the gold standard for this measurement.

WDP5000™

Measuring moisture dew point is essential in the gas industry.  Most moisture analyzers that are based on lasers, aluminum oxide, or quartz crystals have to be used at low pressure and are subject to a myriad of interference from contaminants.  Regulating the pressure from process pressure down to near-atmospheric pressures introduces significant errors.  These analyzers also do not actually measure moisture dew point, but moisture content.  Then an equation is used to calculate the dew point at the process pressure.

WDP5000™ is a ground-breaking analyzer.  It measures the actual dew point at process pressure and also reports the water content.  No pressure regulation error is encountered.  No calculations are needed.  WDP5000™ simply offers the most accurate measurement possible for this important quality parameter.
